Our rates include:

· Full insurance

· Unlimited mileage

· Taxes

· Free additional driver

· Free airport / hotel service (except after hours)

· Cancellation or modification of the reservation without cost

Not include: fines, lost or broken keys, wrong fuel refueling, as well as accidents related to reckless driving, influence of alcoholic beverages or other drugs.

Vehicles can not be transported outside of Gran Canaria, and must be returned with the same amount of fuel.

Guaranteed vehicle category: You reserve a vehicle category that guarantees certain characteristics (b.p. Economy 5 seats, 3 doors) but in each category there are several models and there is no guarantee that you will receive a certain model. If at the time of delivery we have the model you want, we will gladly deliver it. If the category you are requesting is not available, then you will be given a higher category without additional charge. Nor can we guarantee a certain type of fuel (gasoline or diesel) or color. Model, fuel type and color will depend on the vehicles we have available in our office at the time of delivery.

Minimum rental: 3 days. Periods shorter than 24 hours (from pick up time) will be considered as full days.

The collection and return hours are as follows:

· 8:00 AM to 19:00 PM: regular service.

· 19:00 PM to 24:00 PM: supplement of € 30 for vehicle delivery.

· 24:00 PM to 7:00 AM: no delivery service. The return in airport has supplement € 20.

The company reserves the right to cancel reservations three days in advance of delivery of the vehicle, without compensation to the client, which expressly assumes the client when booking.

The winter season from 15th December  to 10th January may be subject to a different price than the rest of the year.

The day of rental is understood from any time of the day of delivery of the vehicle until the 8:00 am of the following day.

THE RESERVATION WILL BE CONSIDERED CANCELED AFTER 24 HOURS WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE COMPANY
